Foods ensuring weight loss

According to latest research of British scientists, our everyday nutrition should contain negative-calorie food.

There are foods requiring more calories for digestion that they actually contain. If people eat so called negative-calorie foods every day, they will be able to reduce the caloricity of their meals; hence, they can easily lose weight.

Nutritionists admit that such foods contain little calories, but at the same time, they are rich in vitamins and other microelements.

For instance, celery and cucumber contain only 16 calories (in 100gr) and also vitamin C, fiber and potassium.

Tomatoes contain useful lycopene, normalizing the cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Besides, tomatoes contain just 18 calories in 100 gr. Cauliflower is a very good vegetable for our health – it contains vitamin C and K and only 25 calories in 100 gr.

Chili peppers are known for their capsaicin – a substance normalizing the metabolism and burning fat.

Green apple is a fruit, British nutritionists recommend eating daily. Apples are high in fiber, which needs much energy (calories) to be digested, which is why they contribute to weight loss. In addition, everybody knows that apples are high in vitamins, iron and other minerals.

Apart from vegetables, some kinds of meat are also considered negative-calorie foods. Thus, 100 gr of fat-free meat contains 140-170 calories, but proteins they contain require much more time and energy to be digested than vegetables.

As you can see, the list of negative-calorie foods is quite eatable so you can cook delicious meals, using them and lose weight.
